Ms. Lee is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate Law.


Prior to joining Naumann and Associates, Ms. Lee’s primary area of focus was residential real estate law, with experience in commercial real estate law. Ms. Lee started as a bankruptcy attorney, but quickly discovered her true passion was protecting and advising clients with one of their largest financial investments, real estate. She transitioned to focus primarily on real estate law and managed the residential real estate department for Sulzer & Shopiro, Ltd.


Afterwards, Ms. Lee started her own practice and focused on representing private and corporate clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate. Some of the services provided were: contract review, contract modification, repair negotiations, financing review, document review for homeowners’ associations, ordering title commitments, title search and examination and clearing any potential liens, preparation of closing documents, ordering and reviewing plats of survey, preparing deeds and closing documents, attending closings, reviewing and explaining closing documents with clients, and post-closing dispute resolution.


Ms. Lee obtained her law degree from the prestigious Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While attending Loyola’s Law School, she worked at the Law Office of Robert E. Senechalle, Jr., before he was nominated as a Cook County Judge. During her time working for the Honorable Robert E. Senechalle, Jr., Ms. Lee gained invaluable experience in several legal fields including real estate law. Prior to law school, Ms. Lee earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.


Ms. Lee has been a lifelong resident of Illinois and has lived in the City of Chicago and a number of surrounding suburbs. She now resides in Barrington, Illinois, with her husband and their four children. 


Throughout her life, Ms. Lee has been an active member and volunteer at her church and an active volunteer in the community. She has faithfully served as a Sunday school teacher, usher, and welcoming team member, and she helped launch the Administer Justice location in Hoffman Estates. Ms. Lee and her husband also run a door knocking food drive every year and donate hundreds of bags of food each year to local pantries and shelters.
