Ann Chang

Ms. Chang is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and has over 15 years of in-house counsel experience.

Ms. Chang focuses her practice on corporate and not-for-profit organization, compliance, and transactions. She represents mid-sized and smaller closely held entities, from start-ups to well-established organizations, providing actionable advice on structuring, acquisitions, vendor and customer transactions, and internal affairs, among other matters.

Prior to joining Naumann and Associates, she specialized in employment-based immigration law. Most recently, she served as the Global Immigration Lead for Thoughtworks, Inc., a Chicago-based IT consulting firm. In this role, she was responsible for the company's global immigration strategy and ensured full legal and regulatory compliance. Previously, she served as Associate General Counsel at Thoughtworks for over 13 years, focusing on contract negotiation and U.S. immigration matters.

Ms. Chang earned her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. While attending law school, she worked on various contract matters for Thoughtworks, including IT consulting service agreements. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

A resident of Illinois for over 20 years, Ms. Chang currently lives in Elk Grove Village with her husband and daughter. She is an active volunteer with the Administer Justice Gospel Justice Center at Harvest Community Church in Hoffman Estates.
